The shipment of products from zetacash.it website is made through the best national couriers, both for Italy and abroad.
Our couriers GLS and DHL make deliveries from Monday to Friday, both morning and afternoon. The recipient can not request delivery on specific days or times.
In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage, by means of a label affixed at home.
Delivery will be attempted twice: then, if not, the courier will try to contact the recipient. Zetacash SRL will not be responsible for any malfunction in the delivery service by the courier.
When ordering, therefore, it is important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile number) to facilitate the resolution of the delivery file.
It is also important to indicate a delivery address where someone can pick up the goods.
In addition, always indicate the surname on the intercom. In the case of deliveries made at reception (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Zetacash SRL will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
N.B. In particularly intense moments of the season, such as - by way of example - during the Christmas period, it is possible that times may get slightly longer due to peaks in demand.
A parcel tracking service is active for each order placed.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that there is currently no delivery of products to that country.
Expenses and Delivery Times - Italy
Shipping costs are generated at Checkout before proceeding with the Payment, they are calculated based on the products in your Shopping Cart, by type of weight or volumetric weight, costs starting from € 5.74.
Delivery generally takes place within 24-48 working hours, starting from the date the order is dispatched from our warehouses.
Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, dysfunctions in the service by the courier, causes of force majeure or in case of holidays. If after 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not yet received the goods, please contact Customer Service at servizioclienti@zetacash.eu.
